Challenge
True Grace, one of the UK’s leading luxury candle and home fragrance manufacturers, needed a brand refresh that modernised its visual identity while preserving its heritage. The challenge was to address packaging inconsistencies, streamline production, and create a scalable design system that could support retail growth and expansion into new categories including bath & body.


Solution
In collaboration with brand consultancy Forth Tyne, CR&D led a comprehensive rebrand and packaging redesign across multiple product lines, from candles and scented reeds to home fragrance and bath & body products. We developed a narrative rooted in classic English country life to anchor the brand, introduced clear product categorisation for retail, and created a new visual identity including logo, typography, monogram, and brand patterns. Our team produced detailed cutter guides and production artwork, collaborating with manufacturers to ensure consistency and premium finish across all packaging.
