Challenge
Egg Trading, a London-based fashion brand, needed to improve the performance of its Shopify e-commerce site by reducing abandoned carts and increasing conversion rates.


Solution
In collaboration with Forth Tyne, CR&D redesigned the user journey with improved navigation, restructured menus, new page layouts, and a simplified basket and checkout flow. All updates were carefully tested across desktop and mobile devices to ensure responsiveness and ease of use, while remaining fully aligned with the brand strategy developed by Forth Tyne.
